More Machine Details The NBS-6040 features a custom-made 710W trim router as its spindle, offering a soft start and constant current drive that allows the spindle RPM to adjust seamlessly from 7000 to 30,000 without stalling. This spindle is specially designed for CNC engraving machines, ensuring a tool runout within 0.05mm for precise engraving.

The NBS-6040 employs linear rails and ball screws on every axis, providing increased productivity and accuracy. It is built upon the open-source Grbl v1.1, featuring 32-bit drivers with a pulse frequency up to 80 KHz, enabling 4-axis linkage motion, MPG, offline control, and other extended functions.

To enhance the maker experience, the NBS-6040 offers a series of expansion function ports, including the fourth-axis, MPG, Z probe tool set, air pump, lighting, air blowing, and dust boot placement.

The pre-assembled modular design allows for a 20-minute installation, with a larger work area (23.62" x 15.75" x 4.53") and a 710W trim CNC router spindle, making the NBS-6040 ready for all your projects.

The NBS-6040 comes with a 2.8" touchscreen offline controller, providing a simple and convenient way to operate the engraving machine manually or through the Electric Controller Box.

Please note that the 1/4" collet is not included in the package, as the ER-11 router is designed specifically for use in CNC machines, eliminating the need for additional bases or jigs.
